Great service and communication - Great service and communication with me to eventually get the correct size boots. I purchased a pair of Desolve wading boots, using the sizing advice on the website but before despatch, Steve called me to suggest I come down a size, which we agreed to do. When received, they were still too large. I returned them the next day, and Steve sent me the size 9 which is still roomy but fits well with neoprene socks. With these boots your normal shoe size is probably correct for the boots as well. Unfortunately cost me two lots of freight, but happy enough now.
