99% of orders are put in online, and we are busy processing and dispatching those online orders during the day to meet the courier deadlines.
Since many of our products are low value, we don't have 'customer service' type people able to answer your every question. (Google is very helpful). Pricing, stock levels and ship cost are available on the website, we always try to combine any additional orders for shipping purposes, and delivery to a friend or accommodation if travelling is available by filling in the ship to address as required, and there's a section to leave an order message with your order.
Ordering
We prefer orders to be placed online, browse or use the search feature to find stuff, have a go - please only contact us if you get stuck
Adding additional items to an order
We don't have access to your credit card to add additions, please just pop another order in, we'll combine both for shipping, if it's a small item select to "pick up from shop" to avoid the extra shipping charge, if it's a large item we'll adjust the ship cost to the actual cost and refund any difference.
Slow Overseas Deliveries
If you have received a dispatch note, your parcel is on the way to you - please be patient - give them time to arrive before contacting us - very few parcels actually go missing.
