Delivery within New Zealand is mainly by *NZ Courier Post and;

Is a flat $4.00 per order for post, packaging & admin costs on most orders. On larger heavy goods like waders, rods etc it's $8.00 - $12.00 and they will be delivered by the ParcelPost Courier on a 1 - 3 day delivery targets. (Select express delivery if you need them quicker)

Rural deliveries are all sent via parcel post. (if you need them quicker select express delivery)

Very small/thin orders will be sent via fast post

The delivery amount is worked out automatically and indicated in the checkout area.

I want you to receive your goods as soon as possible but I try to send them the most cost effective way to keep costs down. I endeavour to send goods generally within 24 hours on work days. If there are any delays we will e-mail you. All packages are covered by insurance.

Delivery charges are adjusted manually to reflect the correct delivery cost for overseas delivery so this is how it works;

Purchases sent Overseas don't incur our local sales tax; GST (15%)- During Checkout the website will give you a GST Refund!

The Postage and Packaging Cost is set at a minimum of $NZ7.40 on all overseas orders. However I need to to charge you the actual cost as that varies for each destination and the weight of the package. So I adjust this once I receive your order

All orders are sent by International Airmail with insurance. Delivery targets are 6 - 10 days.

An example: a NZ$200 fly purchase sent to the USA;

Typically a Fly Order sent to the USA costs $NZ12.94 To the UK and Europe NZ$12.94 Buy $NZ100.00 worth of flies and the GST refund will cover the cost of delivery

My assurance to you; If your order total is $NZ100.00 or more, and then if the GST refund doesn't cover the true delivery costs (other than for the few heavy or large products listed below) Then I will pay the extra amount for you!!

The below are exceptions to the above offer because of their weight or size. You will still save on the GST, but I need to recoup the actual shipping costs. Please contact me for an estimate of the shipping costs for these.

- Books are expensive to post overseas because of their weight.

- Nets because of their shape, but they are still relatively inexpensive to send around the world.

- Fly Tying Vices and Vice packages

- Beginner Flyrod packages

- All Waders & Wading Boots because of their weight are more expensive to send

NB Be aware that you may have to pay customs costs when importing these goods into your country. If so, those cost's are solely your responsibility

The first step is to contact us within the first 14 days of purchasing the goods if you wish to return them. Goods must be in there original unused condition with the original packaging to receive a refund. Unfortunately any products returned to us in a damaged or used condition can not be replaced or refunded.
