Strike indicator - A good tool. Lost my original one and went back to tying indicator in with a loop Finally replaced it which is kinder to the leader and gives you the ability to change dropper length quickly. Possibly a little overpriced for what it is and would be good to get a needle only replacement without the wool & tubing

Awesome Product - Having only tried one other indicator which was painful, when I was shown this product I knew I would be spending the money to get one. The indicator is easily moved to accommodate varying depths. The major plus is that it stays where you want it!

Great Product - Tried all sorts of indicators for many years but they didn't cut the mustard. All of them were fixed in one place on the line, so were very inflexible when you were changing depths frequently. This design allows you to fish different depths in the same pool with ease. Basically, slide and cast! Brilliant product.

Strick Indicator - I am just a learner at trout fishing. I found the wool easy to see in the water and easy to re-rig mid stream. The cross wind posed some challenges but that is probably the learners problem. When I got out of the stream I found the needle had fallen out of the red clip. Have ordered a couple more but this time removed and re-glued the two together. Good product though.

NZ Strike Indicator Tool and Yarn - Was sold on this the first time I was shown how easy it is to setup.Used mine for 4 years now and always comes in handy and its surprising how the black wool stands out. High floating and long lasting yarn and you do not need a lot unless its particularly boisterous water. A great Kiwi idea!

Looks good - The NZ Wool natural fibre works well especially in white and sits up in the water, I tend to use a marker pen in a green colour to offset the brightness in small rivers and streams. I do think that the kit needs to come with two different tube sizes so that you can tie an indicator to suit your fishing conditions. I have found good reviews of this NZ product on US fishing reviews. Good one!

Not really for European rivers - The product is good, excellent for New Zealand, but in France as soon you use leader or tippet like 4X or smaller, the plastic tube is too large. Smaller needle with small tubes are quiet compulsory for the overfished trout living in Europe.
