Great set up - After many years away from fly fishing (40ish yrs) I promised myself once I retired I would take it up again. Not wanting to spend a lot of money on a new rod, reel and line, incase things did not go well I brought this set and im glad I did. I fish lake edges and reed beds and have found this set up ideal. It's an easy rod to cast with and when I get my cast right it will deliver the fly a were i want it and give me the distance I require. I even catches fish despite my sometime suspect casting. For someone in my position I think this is a great setup and would recommend it as a first set.

Excellent Gift - Haven't fly fished since I was a kid, and this was the perfect gift idea for my partner so that neither of us needed to know the ins and outs of gear for me to get started again. Everything looks and feels high quality, and the lack of fish landed so far is all down to my skill rather than the gear!

Excellent starter package - Not actually had a chance for a swish yet, but package arrived on time & well packed.
