The 66 msi is the important number here as what it tells you basically is the weight to strength ratio of the graphite. The higher the number the quicker the recovery time of the rod (so the action is crisper) and it will cast with more precision and less effort. Compare that with CD previous top rod the GHR which was 57 msi and you can see it's a clear improvement.
