Well the mrs has had me tied down with wedding stuff for the last few weeks...its torture with no fishing :D But we had a stunning day up here today.....So you tell me, would you turn down a seat like this. If my boss ask's I was working...And dont tell my mrs :D





I managed 3 horrible slabby 2lb jacks, the normal for this time of year and was thinking of making a move when the rod came up solid while I was in mid thought.
A very dogged fight ensued with a run of 4 big aerial  display's before she finally came to rest at the net. At a solid 6.5lbs I hung round for a little longer :D

Nice Mark, a familiar spot. Yesterday was just stunning here. It was a really painful experience giving my dad some flies when he stopped in at my work. He was on his way to go fishing in the King Country.

i mite have to go check up on some customers in matamata today :laugh:  just by accident i forgot to take my gear out of the truck........Honest :laugh:

Yeah i have some great boss's..........they no my gear doesnt leave my truck and as long as i have the workshop humming and  stock sorted i can bugger off for a fish for a few hours or for the arvo depending on what's going on and the weather.
